Eumetcal website has now a new face.

As proposed by the steering committee of the project :

texts are shorter, mainly on the first page. Priority has been given to a
fast access to the different parts : library, other training sites, LMS, ...

latest news are proposed in the middle of the first page, so that

information on main events is easily accessible.
the whole site is now available in English and French languages.
