EumetClass is brought to you by Elluminate Live!®. The room has seats for 50 simultaneous connections, it includes a VoIP audio, support for multiple webcams, slide show capabilities, Application Sharing facilities and much more. All major Operating Systems are supported (Windows, Mac, Linux). In addition, no presentation software restrictions apply; both MS Office and OpenOffice documents are supported.

To avoid overlapping bookings, the members are requested to book the room in advance.

 Perform the system check (step 1 and step 2)

In case you need help or face problem in the System Check, the attached document "EumetClass System Check" will help you through the System Check.

 After you are done with the system check, ask for the links to EumetClass virtual room for moderator and participant. The local contact point can provide you those links - or ask directly the Eumetcal Staff.

 After you got the links, point your browser to one of them and you will be brought into the EumetClass virtual room.

How to use EumetClass

In order the access and, eventually, download and print the complete Reference Guides for using EumetClass as moderator or participants, please check the Elluminate website.

Alternatively you might have a look at some brief instruction prepared by the Eumetcal Staff for a very quick start with the EumetClass interface.
