What is Flash

If you browse the Internet to learn more about flash you will get something like: “FLASH is an authoring environment widely used in creating e- and distance learning solutions related to environmental sciences (meteorology, oceanography, climatology, etc.)”.

n case you really want to know what actually Flash is and how it will allow you to improve your skills and possibilities as a trainer please have a glance at the following examples made entirely with Flash:

Target audience

We are seeking people involved in meteorological training who have a strong interest in developing e- and distance learning material within their affiliations.

Software and licenses

During the workshop they will work on PCs already equipped with the needed software.
Afterwards the acquisition of a full Adobe Flash CS4 license to be installed and used within the affiliation of origin can be discussed with the instructors and the Eumetcal management. One of the most important outcomes is the effective use and further development of the skills learned in the workshop once back to work.
