Here is the reliability table for this data. The bold red line is the reliability curve plotted using the observed relative frequency you just calculated. The little inset is a histogram of the number of forecasts in each bin, plotted using the second column of the table and is called the sharpness diagram. Sometimes the sharpness information is indicated by listing the number of forecasts in each bin next to the point on the reliability graph corresponding to each bin. The horizontal line is plotted at the observed frequency (base rate) for the sample, taken from the lower right box of the table. In the next section, we will discuss the interpretation of the reliability table.
